About New Zealand Diploma In Dance (l6) in Whitireia Community Polytechnic

The Diploma in Performing Arts (Dance) equips students with a high level of technical, artistic and interpretative skill in dance and provides the opportunity for practical performing experience. Students also study dance history, anatomy and gain the skills to become a self-employed artist.
Students perform in productions which showcase the breadth of dance styles they have mastered during their studies.

Completion of the Diploma in Performing Arts (Dance) provides a pathway into the third year of the Bachelor of Creativity (Performing Arts).
Academic qualification equivalents
- Completion of All India Senior School Certificate (CBSE) or Indian School Certificate (CISCE).
English language requirements (one of the below):
IELTS:Minimum IELTS 6.0 (no lower than 5.5 in any band), or equivalent
